Short-Term Insurance Representative - Commercial Lines

An established, authorised financial services provider in Klerksdorp is looking for a driven Short-Term Insurance Representative to grow its commercial lines book. The role - Find, quote and place commercial short-term cover: business property, fleet and commercial vehicles, liability, contractors, agricultural and specialist risks. - Build and look after your own client portfolio - renewals, reviews and claims support. - Work with leading South African insurers through the FSP's contracts. The package - 50% commission on the business you write. This is a commission-driven post with no basic salary, so your earnings grow with your book. - Office base, admin and compliance support, and the backing of an established FSP. What we are looking for - Short-term insurance experience, ideally in commercial lines. - RE5 and FAIS credits (or working towards them) and a clean credit and criminal record (fit and proper). - Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence. - Self-motivated, comfortable with sales targets, and able to deal with business owners.
